Trips to the doctor

I have a lot of issues with pain, and I have to make a lot of trips to different doctors and they can't give me anything for the pain because of all my allergies so it is running to different doctors with the same results and nothing to help me.

    Have you tried removing inflammatory foods from your diet? Going on an elimination diet for 2-4 weeks may help with the pain. Good luck!
